We recently trx'd a balance to a Bank Of America card through Family Christian BookStores and received a 0% for 1 year then after that it stays at 9.99%. I know that Family is no longer doing the rewards portion of the card though, but so far we have had no complaints with the card. The only thing to remember is you can not pay your card the day it is due online. You must pay at least 2 or 3 days in advance otherwise they mark you as late and you default on the 0% interest.
