Happenings from the Bush homestead

Happy weekend :)

VBS is over for us now.  The girls program was last night.  They did a wonderful job.  The program was very fun and cute and they all did the actions and sang!  We had a good time.

While we were there, there was a downpour of rain.  YEAH!  When we went out to the van to go home, there was a most beautiful rainbow.  I took several photos, but now I can not find the cord to dowload them to the computer.  AK!  Again, I put it in a safe place, away from little fingers and I can't remember where that is.  So I will look again today and try to get some of the photos up here. 

  with some much needed  overnight.

So today is catch up day on laundry and other chores.  I'm exhausted though.  When you're not used to being gone all week, it's hard to adjust.  We were supposed to go into the city today, but I think we'll wait until next week.  My sewing machine is down though, so I may change my mind and take it in to my parents in the city.  I just can't go without it anymore.  I have many dresses to sew up still and other thing to sew as well.  It's so very windy though.  What to do...what to do....
