God's sense of humor
My dearest readers, everyone in our house got quite a shock today. Today my blessed mother had her doctors appointment, regarding whether the baby would be a girl or boy. As the nurse was going through all the routine things she must go through to make sure the baby was healthy,
my mom jokingly said, "My husband says if it is a boy he knows I was cheating on him."
No sooner had she finished saying this when the nurse said, "Well it looks as if you have a lot of explaining to do tonight."
I have seven sisters and now God has chosen to give me a brother!!!!!!!!!! I am shocked, we all thought it would be another girl, and we all told everyone it was impossible to have a boy.
So now we have five months, before we enter a whole new world! We had better start getting some BOY clothing....
Please Stop by my mothers blog, to congratulate her on her very first son. Precious Peas
Dear readers I am dying to see if you find this even half as funny as I do. Please tell me what you think.

My dearest brother,
How I never thought I would be able to say those words. I see that God will use you for many great things. You are his, chosen to show the world of his great loving mercy. You will be gentle, yet your was will be distinguished. How I love and pray for you. Although shocked, I feel as though you will be great. Love Him always dearest brother.

hello! I hope that you will get lots of comments on this! It IS amazing! you should e-mail this to Jessica and Ruth, you'd get comments then! I hope you have lots of fun with him. Brothers can be annoying, but they can be pretty great too, I get along really well with Josiah most the time, some of my favorite times with him are in his new room :) reading in a bean bag in the corner while he does stuff at his desk. Beni can make some pretty neat oragomi, so yes I'm thankful for my brothers!
How Exciting!

Wooow!
What wonderful news! Congrats! How exciting! Be warned however, after my last little bro, we're so grateful for dear, sweet, gentle, quiet, Donna Marie. :-) Oh, and you have to watch out when changing a boy... seriously. :-)
Good luck! ;-)

I talked to Anne on Monday and we were laughing about playing dress up with him. You're getting a brother and I'm getting a nephew. I have no idea what to do with a nephew after so many great nieces! I only know girl things! We'll have to help each other out. Can't wait to meet him!

How wonderful!
That is wonderful! I am so glad that you will have a baby brother now!
I don't think I ever answered your comment on my "3 is a magic number" post. It is such a blessing to see that in younger children.
Thank you for coming by. It was very nice of you to stop by my blog. :) I hope you will again soon.
Love,
Rachel

lol, I hope you enjoy having a brother. I give you fair warning, boys are not as sweet as girls, I should know, I have four brothers and two nephews. Of course, I wouldn't trade them for girls any day :)

I just had to comment again! ; ) I'm so happy for you all! All these years of praying when God kept saying wait. Now He has seen fit to bless you with a boy. Little brothers are a lot of fun. Especially when they are trained up from an early age to respect and protect their sisters. Don't worry. They really are not all that annoying. They are no more depraved and sinful than any other human being. ; ) But we all know what must be done about that. ; )
I can't tell you how thrilled I am that you now will have a little brother. Praise God from whom all blessings flow!!!
Love ya!
Ashley
(P.S. Are you going to post again soon? ; )
