Oily fish is good for all of us as it enhances our brain function and helps to alleviate depression. It can also help to reduce our cholesterol levels and help prevent heart disease and stroke. As well as all this is is essential for strong bones and for relieving the symptoms of arthritis.
We can include more in our diet in flaking it into pasta dishes and also adding to salads.
