Just a quick post to answer your questions about the Brioche:

- You don't have to melt the butter, just cut it in pieces and put it over the flour in the bread maker.

- Vanilla sugar, is simply vanilla flavored sugar, if you don't find it in stores you can easily make it from scratch by putting 1 or 2 splitted vanilla  pods in a jar of sugar for at least one week.
