Yes, we have to process jam or it goes moldy almost immediately here -- must be the temp, humidity, more mold in the air, etc.
I asked about the flooding at that mansion -- this year with the bad floods it covered the grass on the lower level (which is up the bank and over the road and then into the grass). Worst flood some 100 years ago or so was up to the bottom steps of the house (still a good 15 feet to rise to get to the house).
