Romance?

Posted in Laughing
We were playing store for our math lesson the other day.  We cut out pictures from the weekly grocery circulars and pasted them on a board with made-up prices.  Then the boys took turns choosing 2 items to purchase (adding 2-digit numbers).  We were having fun making up little stories about the combinations.  For instance, AC chose syrup and orange juice because his wife was making pancakes one Saturday morning and realized that she was out of both and he offered to go pick them up before breakfast.

Then TH chose salmon fillets and a bottle of wine.  His back story was that he was planning a romantic dinner for himself and his wife.  AC promptly retorted with, "Fish is NOT reemantic!!"

So there you have it, fish is most emphatically NOT "ree-mantic."  Keep that in mind, gentlemen, the next time you're planning a date night with your bride.
