Weekend plans...

Well, DD and I usually go and visit with our elder relatives on Fridays, but I'm just not up to the one hour (one way) drive today.  DD still has a cold and I don't want to pass that to them either...so we are hanging out at home today.

I do need to go to the post office and mail a Circle Journal that I have (a scrapbook that belongs to another person...we pass them around in a circle until our book gets back to us, completed with a page from each participant). 

We are going to supper tonight with my in-laws.  They are going to Florida tomorrow and will be gone for 3 weeks. 

Then we are dropping DD off at my parent's house.  Dad is home from the hospital and feeling good and really wants DD to spend the night.  I think she is good for him...and I know he is good for her.  I am a bit concerned about her cold, but she came down with it last week while she was at their house anyway, so I figure they are probably already exposed.

Saturday DH and I are leaving early on a roadtrip.  Heading to Midland, Michigan to look at a few goats DH found on the internet.  He wants to increase our herd of Boer / Boer cross goats.  We are taking the horse trailer just in case we like what we see.

My parents will bring DD home Saturday night when we get back.

Sunday DD and I are going to try a new church.  I've had a hard time finding a church I'm comfortable with, so I'm praying that this one works out for us.  They have an Awana program and I think DD will really enjoy that.  If we like it then I think DH will attend occasionally.

The Awana program is Sunday evenings from 5-7PM.  I'm trying not to get too excited, as I don't know how the church is, but we'll know soon enough.

That is about all for our weekend plans.

I'm feeling a little queasy this morning.  Nothing serious, just not quite right. 

I am a little concerned about Prog levels.  The lab didn't check them on Wednesday when they took my blood.  The Dr isn't concerned and said I can have them checked next week Wednesday when I go for my ultrasound, if I'm worried.  I'm not sure...I guess if the ultrasound looks ok, I'll just leave it at that.  ??  I guess I'll ask the Dr what they think.

DH is going to come to the ultrasound with us.  That way DD can see too.  I was a little concerned because it's a transvaginal ultrasound...I don't really want her in the room until it's all set up and on the screen.  I wasn't sure what to do with her during that time.  DH is going to take off from work and go with us!  YAY!  It will be a nice morning...and DD is very excited to see our little 'SPOTTY' in there.  I've told her that it's probably going to look like a 'spot'.  LOL.

I can't remember if I posted about the name Spotty?  DD named the baby Spotty after her most favorite giraffe toy.  We've told her that the baby will probably have another name too, but she is convinced the baby is 'Spotty'.  LOL
