If you came into some money and could do one new thing to your homestead, what would it be?

I think we would finish our fencing, so that the entire property (just under 10 acres) would be fenced in, with a gate across the driveway. 

We currently have about 2/3 of our property fenced (all high tensile electric), and our goal is to have the entire place done.  We have had several instances with neighbor dogs in the yard (killing our poultry and attacking our dog), so we hope to alleviate that problem with the fencing...
