Warm New Year Blessings

I can't believe it's been almost a month since I last blogged.  Our family Christmas was wonderful.  It was such a blessing, and so good to have all my sons home for several weeks over the holidays.  My dear oldest son is in college; and unfortunately, we only see him at Christmas and over the summer break.

Although all the Christmas decorations and goodies have been put away, out little cottage is warm and cozy; and it still looks like a winter wonderland outside.  Snow is falling gently right now, and there is a thick blanket of snow on the ground.  Although the ocean looks dark and cold, the shorebirds look content.  The temperature is about 19 degrees.

Last night, I fixed one of my favorite comfort foods for dinner - macaroni and cheese.  I use the recipe from The Tasha Tudor Cookbook, Recipes and Reminiscences from Corgi Cottage.  It is so yummy!

This is a lovely cookbook, and one of my favorites.  It has many delicious recipes, and is sprinkled with many of Tasha Tudor's beautiful illustrations of children, animals, and home.

Could you post the recipe? Most everyone likes mac and cheese, but may not know how to make it from scratch.

I was originally going to post the recipe, and then I got to thinking that it might be copyright infringement.
Does anyone know if it's O.K. to post recipes from a book?

Tasha Tudor Cookbook

I have never heard of this book but as an avid cookbook collector, I think I must have it! Checked it out on amazon and it looks wonderful. Thank you for posting it.
