Give ThanksI really enjoy working on little handicraft projects during the long, chilly evenings of fall and winter. I just finished this cute little 7"x7" primitive-style counted cross stitch just in time for Thanksgiving.
This coming Thanksgiving day, and every day, I give thanks for all my blessings, especially my precious family. They are truly a blessed gift from God. Thanksgiving is the holiday of peace, the celebration of work and the simple life . . . a true folk-festival that speaks the poetry of the turn of the seasons, the beauty of seedtime and harvest, the ripe product of the year - and the deep, deep connection of all these things with God. ~ Ray Stannard Baker Leave a Comment { Last Page } { Page 8 of 30 } { Next Page } |
