Work, spiderman and ice cream

We have been busy, busy working our usual activites plus a few added responsibilities for each of us so the term is going very quick. We had visitors from the US staying at Moffat, plus Bruce is helping another missionary set up his computer ministry and opening at least 2 more feeding centers with Moffat graduates. I am teaching STD 6 english while Mrs. kimani is out on maternity leave, and I am Dean of Women at Moffat this term.. Which means I need to have office hours!! Plus Bruce and I are Class sponsors for Levi's class this term and I am responsible for planning at progressive supper. Brenda, I need you!!!! Anyway it is all keeping us busy and I must say I feel like I am doing none of it very well but I feel like maybe that is Satan trying to make me feel defeated!! The kids are all fine, but Sadie's friend J.... R.... is leaving for Switzerland for the term so she will be bored without her. We saw Spiderman 3 this weekend in Nairobi and i was very surprised at the wonderful moral story it provided for the boys about the dangers of unforgiveness and also making good choices. I would definitely see it again to catch more of the message. i am busting with excitement about seeing everyone back "home" and looking forward to Friendly's ice cream. I hate the feeble atempt at ice cream here sO I really haven't had ice cream in almost 2 years. i am definitely an ice cream snob!!!

Hey Ellen, Glad to see you are thinking of me (even if it does have to do with food) HAHAHA you'll do fine the progressive dinner is easy as long as you have homes to go too. Now about ice cream, I will be more than happy to go with you to Friendlys when you return. I love ice cream too. We are excited to see you all too. Let me know how your dinner goes.
Brenda
Did you say Friendly's?

We can't wait to see you guys and maybe a bunch of us ladies can go for a night out on the town and hit Friendly's. Their sundae's are heavenly. Sonny is always saying that there will be Country music and a McDonald's in heaven, but I think he's mistaken. Definately a Friendly's!!!!

We saw Spidey 3 the day it came out here in the states and we LOVED it. We too loved the good moral message of the movie and talked about it all the way home with the kids!! Have a great day!
Blessings,
Chas
