Joy comes in the mourning

As you know I have been mourning the loss of Terry and various other things and last Friday night God gave me the gift of laughter. Our boss' daughters came home from the US for a short visit and they surprised me!! My hubby knew they were coming but everybody kept it a secret from me. Well, these young ladies are FULL of joy and fun and all this week we have been laughing together!! Last night thier brother a student here at RVA had us all laughing so hard we thought we would bust!! As I thought about that fun night I said Thank you God for that gift you gve me and my family last night!!
We are up and running at full swing here in Kijabe so I will keep you posted on our activities. Right now i am off to the primary school to start another year there teaching Christian Religious Education. I love teaching the bible and I really think God has used that work to get me into the community and develop deep relationships with whole families here in Kijabe....
