I'm a "Jersey girl" living in the country in Kijabe Kenya

I am the mother of five and we live in Kenya in a place called kijabe. it is in the country and we live on a large mission station here. The people we live amongst are Kikuyu, Luo and other Americans. We love it here!!! Are children attend an American school for children of missionaries. My husband and i work at a Bible college and i teach at the local primary school.I am learning Kikuyu which can be difficult for a 40 year old white lady!!!! This is our home and everyday holds new and exciting opportunities to show God's love to people. this place can be scary,sad and frustrating but we are thrilled to live here. i hope to use this site to keep my friends up to date on my "goings on" here in Kenya.
