My Cate passed her road test yesterday with flying colors. Her daddy cried.  She then went on to have her hair cut and styled and her mom cried LOL.  She is such a beautiful girl, inside and out.

Today is the kids SAT.  I have been awake since 4am getting the woodstove going, my toes are still cold but the house is warming up.  Very soon I am going to make a pot of coffee and then some tea for myself.  Its an egg breakfast morning before my two eldest leave for their college test.

Ken plans on going out to cut more firewood.  He has been given much and is so thankful for it.

My mother in law has closed on her old home and her new one.  She moves here on Monday.

I just wanted to stop by & say hello. What a beautiful looking blog you have & I have really enjoyed reading your entries and getting to know more about yourself & your life. Congratulations to your Cate for passing her drivers licence - how exciting for her. I hope your girls did well on their tests. I was always a nervous wreck when I had to do a test. I enjoyed reading how you put the wood stove on to warm your home. At the moment in Australia we are heading into our Summer, very hot & humid. I would like a bit cooler weather - big grin. have a great day
