Tuesday musings

Good Morning.  It's Tuesday and we are in the middle of some blasting heat!  I checked the garden ( its been a depressing mud bog) and the weeds are growing like.... well like weeds do!  I mowed all the grass yesterday and we have to weed whack today but someone doesn't know how to wind the string on the trimmer so that may have to wait.  I am hesitant to use my hands to pull weeds as the last time I did that I wound up with poison something or other running up my arms.

I processed a bunch of cherries last week and the staining is finally off my cuticles... note to self... use gloves next time.

I have to get to the library at some point today.  There is a children's program at 2pm, but the kids may be going with pop pop to the pool so there is a possibility that I could go the library by myself ~now there's a thought!~

My daughter is gainfully employed and loving it.  She works for Subway ( sandwiches) and last night she smelled so yummy in the car LOL.  She is going to ask if on nights that she is closing if she can bring home the old bread ( breadcrumbs, croutons, stuffing mix, leftovers for the pigs...lots of ideas there.)
