I wonder why there isnt more sandwhich bread made with baking soda (or
baking powder) instead of yeast. You know, for days when you dont
have enought time to make bread either by hand or by machine. The
only bread recipe that I have come across is "Irish Soda Bread".
And it does have that baking soda taste. So does anybody know of
"no yeast" breads that still rise? Just curious.!
