It is great for a substitute when you are low on oil (I am trying it
instead of butter or shortening in my biscuits tonight). It makes
a moist cake! The thing is I would like to make my own!
Does anyone have a good recipe that is close to Helmanns? My
hubby is a Helmanns fan! Let me know!
Update: The mayo worked great in the biscuits! I was able to save my last stick of butter for on the biscuits! Kay
