I just received my Grain and Salt Society
catalog today and saw that they carried a new product - coconut
flour! Now I love using coconut oil in some of my recipes and am
familiar with the benefits of it, but I had never heard of the
flour! Has anyone used this? What is your opinion of
it! It is supposed to be great for those with blood sugar level
problems (like me). If you do use this, where do you buy
it? I think the G&S are a little pricey, but I know most of
the products they carry are good quality (at least I think they
are). Anyone?
