• Jan. 26, 2006 - I am so excited, and I just can't hide it!

My Nutrimill Grain Mill  came today, if I could do a cartwheel, I would (never could do those).  I already did the 2 cup test to make sure it works and clean out any contaminates.  It is wonderful.  I purchased this wonderful machine from The Country Baker.  She was recommended by my SIL.  My SIl machine did not work upon arrival and she had wonderful customer service.  Thankfully mine did!   I cant wait to make flour and bread from it.  I dont know whether to use up the flour I have on hand or just keep it as a standby.    Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy!

Good for you!!!

My next purchase will be a Bosch or Kitchen Aid... I really can't wait...but this move is taking up a lot of extra $$ to get things started!! Until then 15 minutes of HAND KNEADING!!! And the grinding...oh that is still in dream land for me!!! ;)

Enjoy your fresh grains!!
