• Aug. 17, 2006 - My Husband an Amazing Guy!

My husband has never ceased to amaze me with his many talents over the course of our 9 years of marriage.  I have discovered that he can pass gas at will, burp his ABC"s and when I try to tell him something serious he can rapidly& willfully expand and contract his nostrils.  Today he came downstairs and relayed to me a conversation he had with our daughter.  She was holding our cat tightly (as is her usual custom).  My husband called the cat and it struggled to get out of her arms.  She brough the cat to him and as she released it the cat let out a "Meoooww".  My husband said to my daughter, "Do you know I can understand Catese".  "No", she replied. "Well," he told her, the cat just said "Let Me Go!".  Now I know that can understand and translate cats.  What a remarkable guy! I hope someday my sons can grow up to be just like him!
