OK, so I got all this free corn yesterday. I know I can eat it
and freeze it (out of freezer bags) and can it (out of quart jars, and
dont have wide mouth metal lids for my 1/2 gallon jars). What I
was wondering is, Can I dry it (or dehydrate it) and make cornmeal out
of it? Thanks! OH I think it is silver queen.
