• Jan. 12, 2006 - Upate on making butter!
| I forgot to mention a few things....I drain the "butter" milk that has
been separated from the butter, take the butter out of the bowl and
rinse it under cold water...I probably should use cold filter water for
this. The actual butter milk can have culture added to it to make
cultured buttermilk or you can use it in your baking. :)
