| We had a casualty today! Little Dandy has gone to chicken
heaven. I had a feeling it was coming since I saw her yesterday
afternoon heaving and showing no interest in the food or water like the
other chicks. We will miss her. |

how did the kids take it? We haven't lost any yet...I'm not sure what the boys would say at this point. My youngest is still a little upset that these chicks don't have their mommy with them...we have to discusst his EVERY DAY....
