Orange Julius Smoothie
 Orange Julius Smoothie
Into a blender, combine:
6 oz. Frozen orange juice concentrate ( small can or half of 12 oz. can )
1 cup of water
10-12 ice cubes
1/4 cup sugar or honey
1 cup milk
Put cover on blender and blend for two minutes.
Start at low speed and work your way up to high speed. |

| I must say reading the bible really helps to improve the mood. Gods time rox! I love doing my quiet time, today I read about the crucifiction of Jesus. It's Horrible to think of, and I'm never know how much it cost to see my sins on that cross. Really need to count my blessings! God bless, and have a great day |

| Theres a book my mother has, America's Secret Lost Recipes, from the editors of Cook's Country Magazine. Just lookin at the cakes in the book makes me wanna go pig-out! Sadly I've never had one of those cakes. I'm tempted to bring it over to another relatives house to make one....... |
