I am hoarse. Very hoarse. So hoarse that I run out of breath when I talk! So, I'm going to whisper during piano lessons this afternoon. Well, we tried to take my parents' couch down to the basement last night, but it was too big. It wouldn't work. And we scratched the hardwood floor in 2 places and made a few gashes in the walls. The scratch in the floor was so bad I had to put stain on it today. Now, it's a dark scratch instead of a light scratch. And, I "wiped up" the excess stain after I applied it. I didn't even put that much on! Oh well. I finally put my sister's bunk bed in the paper. I never know if bunk bed is plural or singular. I mean, it is 2 beds, but it's 1 unit. Anyway, it's going to cost about $15 to run it. She paid like, $800 for it a few years ago at Ford's and thinks she can get $300. I doubt it. We'll see. Oh, I made some multiplication worksheets for Molly to do during church Sunday. She was only slightly, slightly reluctant to do them. She only missed one on each sheet, I think and there were about 20 on each sheet. I have more for next Sunday. Then I'll start on long division. She just needs practice, practice, practice. Speaking of practice, she practiced the flute last Friday for a good 10 minutes and it was productive. I meant to get her to practice last night, but didn't. |
