I wound up spending most of the day yesterday at my grandmothers, so I did not get much done at home.  Today I will get caught up around the house.  I need to switch the winter and summer clothes out.  I got the big plastic totes out of the closet with the winter clothes in them last nite, now I just need to pull out what we are using and put the summer clothes into the bin.  I will also make a pile for donation to the goodwill.  Then I can make my list of what we still need.

The hens are laying well now, I get 8 eggs a day.  Now I will start selling some.  I already have customers lined up and just need to call them and tell them they are ready.  I also need to clean out the coups today and put in new bedding.  I will also be looking for a hanging waterer for the pullets now that they are tall enough to drink from it. 

For dinner tonite we will have eggs and homemade donuts.  We were going to have this last nite but dh had a meeting and we wound up just eating cereal and what not.  I will also make apple sauce in the crock pot today to freeze.  Dh is picking up more apples this week while they are on sale, so I will make lots for the winter.  I love homemade applesauce!  I have to pick the tomatos and eggplant and peppers out of the garden today.  We are canning on thursday and I need to get everything ready. 

Time to get busy, so much to do today.
