Does anyone have a good use for cherry tomatos? I have hundreds of them and don't know what to do with them. I was going to try to make some salsa with them, but I didn't know how that would turn out.
Do you can? I always processed them w/my other tomatoes. I think they'd be fine for salsa if you want to try it. They will be waterier than paste tomatoes, but could work. I like hte idea of drying them too!
I am a homemaker and mom to three girls. We live on the corner of my families farm. We have 2 dogs, 11 cats, 48 hens and 3 roosters. I enjoy reading, sewing, gardening, scrapbooking, cooking and baking and spending time with my husband and girls.
