• Friday, July 14, 2006 - My baby chicks have arrived - pictures!

Wednesday morning the post office called and said they had my chickens. I was expecting 25 day old chicks, but was pleasantly suprised to recive 27! They are all doing well. Their wing feathers are coming in nicely. I am so excited to watch them grow and change. Here are some pictures

When we were newlyweds I got some mail order chicks and ducks. What a fun project. I enjoyed eating real eggs. Lord bless you......................Denise

You are going to have so much fun watching them grow! We ordered and received our first flock the same way back in April 2004. We are getting ready to increase our existing flock and order more chicks to be delivered this fall - we can't wait!

Enjoy your chicks - they are so much fun - we call it Chick T.V.

for now they are in a brooder in the garage. We cant wait till they are big enough to go outside (I'm sure they can't wait either)
