Making homemade ice cream and mozzarella cheese

I made 2 batches of homemade ice cream yesterday. Which will last less than two weeks here. It has really cooled off here. I had to put a qulit on the bed last night.

I stopped by your blogged today and saw your beautiful cheese you made!!! It looks great!

All is well and despite my good intentions to do some posting I just haven't had time and to be honest, I'm not sure where the Hard Times is going. Just haven't had much inspiration on what to post.
