Whole Wheat Bread recipe

Beat together and let sit 10 minutes: 2 Tablespoons yeast 2 c. warm water 3/4 c. warm milk 4 c. whole wheat flour 1 Tablespoon sugar
Add: 2 c. white flour (or all whole wheat) 2 eggs 2 teaspoons salt 1/3 c, honey
Knead until smooth, adding more flour if necessary, 8 to 10 min. Should be soft, not stiff. Let rise for 30 min. and knead again for 1 min. Shape and place in 2 greased pans, then raise until double. Bake for 25 min. at 375 to 400.
