Please pray for my sister

My sister called a few days ago and said her husband of 17 years wants a divorce. It kind of came out of no where and is not making sense. They have 4 kids - 9(twins), 6 and 3. She is obviously devastated and we have been encouraging her to not give up hope. Well - the phone just rang, it is my brother-in-law calling to talk to my husband. That is a big step all by itself. I just pray they can have a good conversation and bil will be open to changing and dh will have wisdom from God to give him.

I was divorced after 16 years and 5 children - can't even begin to tell the hurt it has caused in all of my family. The children are now grown with families of their own, but still have many scars. And my ex seems oblivious to all. He just doesn't have a clue.
