Monday Madness

1. I won't eat past _____ o'clock in the evening.    I don't really have a rule about that one.  If I eat dinner about 6 then by 10 pm I am hungry.  I either go to bed or stay up and eat something to tide me over until I do go to bed.

4. If I'm having trouble sleeping, I usually _______ get up and read or write a letter until I get tired.
