On My Mind Today

December 10th

Hi everyone,  I haven't  posted lately.  I've been busy trying to get things done around our home.  Last two days we had so much rain.  We needed it but not this much in two days. 

Tonight Dh and I are going out to eat with my brother and his wife and then we play our game of aggravation.  I cleaned our home today, I vacuum, cleaned our bathroom, and cleaned our kitchen.  Last night I washed our floors too. I was also trying to straighen up our garage and re-aranging my plants. 

When we visited my mom in Pa, she gave me a cookie jar that she has had for many years and also gave me two aprons.  One she used and also one my grandmother used.  I was really happy to receive them. 

I now hear the tunder again and a down pour.  So far today we had 2 1/4 inch of rain and the winds are 22 mph and we'll have rain all night.  Looks like all of the rain is coming from the Gulf of Mexico.  Tomorrow it's suppose to be cloudy breezy and cooler and still have a 50 percent chance of rain again.  ugh.
