It's time to submit to my Spring self-promise to get in better shape. - other than round ha ha. So I am starting Fitness Fridays where I will list once a week what I am doing to lose weight and get healthy. Anyone else want in? Comment me if ya do. I'll add your name to this.. This week should be easy as I only have one day til' Friday! *grins*- Briana

Count me in!! I am trying to lose weight to get healthy. My Mom had a massive stroke in November of 2006 and is in the nursing home. Can't talk, can't walk. Can stand a little with help. She didn't take care of herself. She didn't eat right, she smoked a lot, and she would take a drink with her meds at night to "help" her sleep. My step-dad had passed away in Jan 2006 and she wouldn't listen to any advice. In saying all that, I'm overweight and have been trying to work out each day even if I go walking a little, or do something for 10 or 15 mins. So please count me in. Thank you, blessings, Elizabeth
