I am just joking but it sure felt that way yesterday.  I hate it when it rains on Sunday. I love going to church, I just hate trying to get in and out in dresses in the rain.  And it was COLD!!!  The ground was still to warm for anything to stick but the rain was coming down half frozen and that hurts sometimes when it hits you in the face.

But yeah, we had rain, straight pouring rain for over 24 hours straight without stopping!! All of the fields out here were flooding and our road was washing out in few spots.  I am thankful we live on a hill.  Everything goes floating down our drive, down to the road but at least we aren't in any danger of flooding.  My poor dog has just now showed up after being in hidding since Saturday evening in the barn.  I bet he is hungry! We put his food out this morning but I guess once he went to sleep and was warm, he just didn't want to get up.  In weather like this, we usually bring him in but right before the rain, he decided to go roll around in the "barn" and all the "barn stuff" and we didn't get a chance to bath him.  So he had to stick it out during the rain in the Barn!!

Anyway, we are hoping for some sunshine today but I'm not holding my breath. I hope all of you up north are ready for all of this.  It will either be rain, sleet or snow, but what ever it is, it will be alot!! See you on the other side of it. Good luck!

Here in my part of Tenn. Tuesday, we had rain turn into snow.  It snowed all day long.  All Day!!  It didn't stick because our ground was too warm.  But sometimes it was big flakes just pouring down.  The next day, right back up in the 50's and 60's degrees.  Yesterday, while driving to piano lessons, the sun was shinning enough in the van that I had to turm the A/C on for a few minutes to cool the inside off some. Today we are at 65 degrees.  I don't mind Springtime weather, I don't mind Wintertime weather but come on now!!  Just pick one and stay with it for at least a few days.

Just when we think winter has arrived, another thunderstorm is on it's way. Today will almost be 60 degrees and yesterday, I though the wind was going to blow us over.  It is just crazy around here.  Load up the wood stove or not?  Who knows anymore!!  Winter where are you? Please come and bless us with your beauty.
