Broccoli Salad.....Spring is around the corner !!!

Broccoli Salad

1 Head of Broccoli, wash & drain, chop to desire size

1/2 c white raisins ( I mostly use regular raisins)

1/4 c chopped green onions

3/4 c sunflower seeds ( I never have these to add)

6 slices of bacon, cooked & chopped

Dressing:

1 c Mayo

1/2 c sugar

2 Tlb white vinegar

Mix well until sugar dissolves.

Pour over salad items and mix well. Chill for a short time before eating.

That sounds delicious! I have never seen white raisins before. I wonder if perhaps golden raisins would work?
