Getting back to normal..........

Posted in Inside My Home

I just HAD to say that for my "title". I was reading some blogs this morning and someone thought that some of us who did others things this past week or so and now want to get "back to normal" must be doing things for the wrong reasons, or at the wrong time or without GOd in our life. I am not sure what the writer was trying to say, but I know one thing, "Love covers a muiltude of things" and without love, you have no God. For God is love !!"

I am sorry. I should not get into these type of comments but, this morning I really feel sorry for anyone who is in a place, that they need to respond like they did about others. None of us are perfect, no of us can really know our own heart, so how can we possibly know someone else's?

We have lost some nice ladies here at HSB because of comments being left on their blogs. Please ladies, let us be nice and loving to each other. We do not have to agree with each other on everything, but, ......if you read something.........and it does not agree with you...........just click off of that page.

Rather someone is right or wrong by the post or comment, it is not up to us to tell them so. I know that you would not like for someone to leave you a comment like some of the ones I have read in the past around here. But......in the same way, everyone has a right to their own thoughts and comments. If you do not want comments, in all honesty from others, then don't let others leave commments.

Really, all I want to say is, " Come on ladies, ......none of us are perfect,.........we are all trying to live that life that we feel God wants for us, no matter where we hold God in our life...........Let us not judge each other...............

And I am not trying to judge the person, who I read the post about this morning, really. I just had a very hard time understanding what that writer was trying to get across to everyone.

I will not comment on this again, and I am sorry if I offended any of you with my post. I will now go back to only posting happy, uplifting post and sharing my God, and Lord of my life with all those who choose to read my post. I am not any better then anyone else, I am just me.....living as "Christ-like" as  I can. " Walk in the light that you have been given" . It is only between me and the Lord, of what I think , the actions that I do and the things that I may say.

Love to you all,

Pat

Pat ~

Thank you for the kind reminder....... I think all of us would be blessed by an outpouring of love here. From time to time feelings do get hurt here at HSB, and we need to remember at those times to pour out the love of the Lord!

Blessings~

You said that very well and kindly too :-)

I do believe most of us mean well, but sometimes we do not understand how judgemental we can come across. I know that I have been guilty of this. I think in an effort to "set someone straight" we can come across as "holier than thou". Controlling our tongues (or keyboard) is a battle we all face.

PS I AM ready for "back to normal", which means to me: normal eating and a home with everything in its usual place. God is everyday; He is our Christmas and our "normal" :-)

If I disagree with something so strongly I would pm the person or simply go away.

I love writing about my day and my family.I want to be uplifting and helpful and I read that comment today and I must say it hurt more than anything...I am not a perfect person by any means and none of us are.But I would never write anything about others that do not share my beliefs...You ladies are wonderful here and I love all of you for sharing your hearts :)

Hello, Pat! I too am so ready to get back to 'normal' with our usual routine and school!

Thank you for your comment on my blog, I was so encouraged by your testimony that keeping HS priorities what they should be WORKS! :-)

Love does cover a multitude of sins. May we ask God to show each of us where we are lacking so we can respond to each other in love.
