93 As a 1930s wife, I am Very Superior Take the test!

Good morning Laides!!!  We are busy, busy here at my home. We have lots of baking to do and candy to make. This is the best part of the holidays. Spending time in the kitchen with the girls. I hope they enjoy it as much when they have a home of thier own.

I made a new recipe for Lemon Cake yesterday. It was  so good!! Today after I go to the store to get groceries, we will start back again in the kitchen. My two oldest ones are on a small youth trip from church. They went to Nashville yesterday to go shopping at the Opry Mills Mall. I will need to go to Jackson Tenn to meet them around 7:00pm to bring them home. The youth teachers have a family get-together north of there tomorrow and I didn't see why they should drive another hour south, just to turn around and go back north.  It is only about an hour drive for me one-way, so not to bad.

Are you seeing the theme here? My family loves chocolate and peanut butter. Thankfully, by the time I make all of this, I don't even want to smell it, or eat it. Alot of this is for gift giving to my family. They all work full-time and never seem to take time for the fun family things so I make things for them and give as gifts. I love baking and making candies. I am just glad that I don't love eating them.

I love your list. I'm not a big peanut butter person, but the peanut butter divinity has my curiosity up! hmm...
