Recipes for my Dinner tonight .....Check it out......
This has become one of my families favorite meals. It is easy to make and ful of flavor.
Beef Roast
1 beef roast (3lb)
1/2 c Zesty Italian dressing
1 tbsp Prepared horseradish
1 tsp dried rosemary leaves
Score raost lightly, criss crossing. Mix dressing, horseradish & rosemary in zip-lock bag; add roast. Refridgeate at least 1 hr or overnight. Preheat oven 375. Place roast on rack in roasting pan. Pour seasonings over roast. Roast 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hrs or 140 dregrrees or so.
Tent roast with foil and let stand 15 minutes. Then slice.
Italian Green Beans
1/2 c water
16 oz frozen whole or cut green beans
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 med tomato, seeded, chopped
1/3 c Italian dressing
Boil greenbeans till done. Drain. Place in serving dish, stir in cheese, tomato, and dressing. Serve hot.
Golden Parmesan Potatoes
2 lb new potatoes, quartered
1/4 c ollive oil
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic , minced
1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400. Toss potatoes with oil , seasoning and garlic. Add cheese; mix lightly. Spead evenly into 15x10x1 baking pan. Bake 45 min or until tender.

This sounds fantastic and it's perfect timing, too! I have a beef roast in the freezer that I was planning to use today, but it didn't happen, so I think I will try out your recipe later in the week.
