It is SO hard to believe that our son Samuel has turned 11 yrs old! It seems like yesterday we brought him home from Guatemala! He was just 2 mos shy of turning 5 yrs old when we adopted him and here he is celebrating his 11th birthday!! Samuel is a wonderful young man. He continues to be a gentle soul, the champion of the underdog who has a very tender heart. Samuel also loves the Lord so much and really loves the Word of God. I will often find him in a corner or quiet place just reading his bible. In my mama heart I wonder if the Lord will raise him up to be a pastor......... he has such a heart for the word of God and really does love Jesus so much........ this boy has blessed our family in many ways. Samuel asked for his favorite dinner tonight..... spaghetti and meatballs........
Rachel and I baked him a double chocolate cake..........
