Holiday Eggnog - 11:14, Saturday, December 13, 2008

I love eggnog and so does my family!! We have made this recipe for years and it is sooo good! No raw eggs or alcohol needed! Yummy!!

                                                 Holiday Eggnog

8 cups whole milk ( must be whole milk)

1 3 oz package vanilla instant pudding mix

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp rum extract

1/2 tsp nutmeg

In a large bowl mix pudding with 1 cup milk.  Place in fridge. When pudding is set add all other ingredients and mix well.  Chill at least 3 hours.  Serve with nutmeg & whipped cream!

Enjoy!

Oh that is so great! Thank you for posting the recipe. I knew you could make non-alcoholic egg nog, but I didn't know you could do it without raw egg. Can't wait to try it out.
