It's funny. There are so many things other people might think they need that I find I do not... Just because there's a baby in the house!
For example:
I DON'T NEED A TELEVISION. My baby is so entertaining! I could sit and watch her facial expressions all day long! How can any one face move in so many fascinating ways!?
I DON'T NEED A RADIO. My baby's coos and grunts sound so much more pleasing to my ears than any worldly song possibly could!
I DON'T NEED A SOFT EASY CHAIR. A creaky rocker will do just dandy!
I DON'T NEED A STUFFED ANIMAL OR PET TO CUDDLE. This baby simply "fits the bill"! She's so warm and soft. What a blessing to hold!
I DON'T NEED A CLOCK TO WAKE ME UP IN THE MORNING. I have her cries!
I DON'T NEED CHOCOLATE BARS TO MAKE ME HAPPY. Her smiles dry up even the wettest of eyes! Who could feel sad looking at this baby's precious first grins!?
How I praise God for allowing us this child to love and to train up for His glory!
