Have you ever gotten dizzy tucking your small children into bed for the night? Jumping And hopping And popping And skipping And squealing And giggling And spinning ... And spinning ME! Somehow, an especially pleasant sensation came over me, tonight, as I readied the four youngest for bed. Such happiness and easy joy they have! It was contagious! Wouldn't it be nice to always be more like that? -- I think there's a lesson for me in it! After many long hours of disciplining, guiding, teaching and re-directing... this was a pleasant way to end the day with them. Now... it's off to finish schooling the olders so I can tuck them into bed. I think I can safely assume they won't put me through the dizziness the littlest ones did. But, I can hear them giggling with one another downstairs as I type. And... it sounds like an equally nice spot to be right now! Children are such a precious blessing!
