Day 5 of decluttering

Here we are at day 5.  How does it feel to be clearing out your homes from all the clutter and chaos that has been weighing you down?  I am trying to remind myself that it will be a long process and that I can't expect my whole house to be done overnight.  I have a tendency to be impatient at times, especially when it comes to wanting to see results.  I am making progress though, praise God.  I might not get to declutter today because I will have 5 extra kids here .  They all play fine together but one of them is only 10 months old and I had forgotten how much attention they require.  I also don't have all the baby stuff (highchair, toys, etc) I had when mine were little and those things really help out.  All is good though and I just plan to keep up on daily routines and getting a little laundry done.  So, with that said, I should get busy before they all get here.

Day 5 -Your challenge for the day is to set the timer for 15 minutes, declutter one area and then come back here and comment.  All you have to do is comment and say "I did it!"  Come on, get goin.  You're burnin' daylight!

I got my de-cluttering done. I did clothes. I am amazed how many clothes the kids had that didn't fit.

**I hear ya. Mine were the same way. Feels good to get something done though doesn't it.
