I have decided to return to this blog and post when I can.  One of the things that drew me back was realizing how many people are still reading my blog even though I haven't been posting!  I am amazed and humbled.  I have been watching my sitemeter and have seen the visitors still stopping by.  Thank you to all that have continued to read my posts!  Another thing that drew me back was the wealth of information there is here at HSB.  There have been several times I have had a question about something on the homestead and my first thought was to ask all of you.  So, I am returning to Homestead Refuge but I will make no promises about how often I will blog.  I am keeping my other blog up and going as well; it is where I will post about my faith and hopefully encourage others in theirs as well.

Did you notice I changed the look of my blog?  I figured this was a perfect time for change.  It may seem rather dull right now, but I hope to add things as I have time.
