Goat Baby Pictures

Here are the pictures of the baby goats. I have been meaning to get these up, but I just been busy. They are half Alpine and half Boer.

This is one set of babies with their Momma. Below is the next two.

I am happy to have that milk again. One of the goats milk taste gross though. We aren't milking her.

If the milk tastes weird she may have mastitis, it is an infection that affects the udder, it is easy to treat, and it should be done. Our goat, Holly, had it, her milk tasted awful. It is bad for the babies to drink milk from her if she does. You can buy testers at any feed store.

How cute momma sure does have those alpine ears.. And to me the babies look more like boar. Have you made fudge with the milk?

Yes, the babies daddy was a boer. I like the Alpine look better.
I have made any fudge in a long time with the goats milk.

OH HOW CUTE!!! I especially like the first pic. I'm glad you've got the goat's milk again! Now I'm going to check out your laundry detergent recipe again b/c I just made mine and I think I did it wrong...there's a pic of it on my blog for today if you want to look at it and tell me your opinion of where I erred...THANKS!
