New Baby Goat!!!
Hi all, it's taken me a few days but I finally got around to posting, my first time mama goat Chrysathemum (named after the book), just had her baby on the 17th! The new baby is a doeling and is just as cute as can be, she looks just like her mama!!!! All went very well and she is extremely playful, she tries to jump on mama's back! Besides that all the other girls are doing great, and talkative as ever :) The older goat kids are happy about the new addition to the barnyard as well. And of course as always Charlotte the obnoxious pig had to get her nose into the pen for a sniff, which got her a thorough head butting from mama lol! I never knew pigs could run so fast! As for the garden for some reason the squirrels are eating everything I have before it can ripen, it's getting really aggravating to say the least! I find at least a few cucumbers every day that they have munched half of and left the rest  Darned squirrels!!!! We are trying to figure out how to keep them out now, the garden is already double fence but of course they go through the top lol. |
