I would have dumped that debt counciling place a long time ago. They didn't seem to be helping you much. God will provided you the place you need to seek next to help you during this time. I have been praying for you God will help in all situtations. He loves His children. I pray that He fills your cup to over flowing:)

I'm glad you are dumping that credit service company. There should be something in your contract about how long they have to return your money to you. If not, or if they don't do it in time, call the better business bureau and your state's attorney general office.

So glad you left your troubles and worries behind and were able to vacation with the family.

As for the financial situation, God shall lead you in your decisions and with the company giving you back your money as well. I hope you are able to get out from under the umbrella of debt soon!
