Crockpot RecipeI just love crockpot recipes- real sanity savers. I make dinner without feeling like I actually "made" dinner! Whooohooo! Here's one of our family favorites:
Chicken-Fried Chops 1/2 cup flour 2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp ground mustard 1/2 tsp garlic powder 6 pork loin chops 2 Tbsp veg. oil 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/3 cup water Combine flour, salt, mustard & garlic powder; dredge pork chops. Brown in a skillet on both sides in oil. Place in crockpot. Combine soup and water; pour over chops. Cover and cook on low 6 t0 8 hours or until meat is tender ( or on high about 4 hours). Remove chops and thicken juices- I also add a can of chicken gravy as we like a lot of gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice. The chops can also be browned the night before and just but in the crockpot in the morning. Leave a Comment { Last Page } { Page 1279 of 1432 } { Next Page } |
